1. The service

EmbedAI.dev ("the Service") is an AI chat widget platform operated by Future Protocol, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Free demo mode

The Service offers a free demo mode limited to 5 chat messages per visitor per day. Demo mode uses a lightweight AI model and is intended for evaluation purposes. No account or payment is required.

3. Pro and Scale plans

Paid plans are available with higher message limits, custom training, and additional features. Pricing is listed at embedai.dev/#pricing. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time by contacting orrdee@embedai.work.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Exceed published rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions
• Impersonate another person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. AI-generated content

The AI assistant generates responses based on your website content. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content that appears on your website. EmbedAI.dev is not liable for decisions made based on AI responses.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all content on your website. By using the Service, you grant EmbedAI.dev a limited licence to read and process your publicly available website content solely for the purpose of generating AI responses for your visitors.

7. Data and privacy

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge and agree to our data practices.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmbedAI.dev and Future Protocol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
